The heart of any plant, whether fully or semi-automated, is the programmable logic controller (PLC). This takes care of the evaluation and processing of the various sensors and actuators.
Our team of highly motivated PLC programmers takes care of the conceptual design and implementation of the required automation solutions in close cooperation with our customers. As a standard, we rely on the proven solutions from Siemens and Beckhoff. Of course, we also take into account any requirements regarding program structure (e.g. according to the factory standard of the end customer) or similar.
For the control of frequency- and servo-controlled drives, we rely on the drive solutions from SEW, Bosch-Rexroth and Siemens. However, depending on customer requirements, other solutions are also possible here.
We also offer the integration of robots from various manufacturers into your production line.
Our services also include program and process optimization and error analysis of third-party and existing systems of various types.
